The Mission of Cowan Elementary School is to create lifelong scholars and leaders, who will successfully meet the challenges, and are socially and emotionally prepared for the multi-cultural, technologically oriented, 21st century.  As leaders in the classroom and workplace, the best opportunity in our generation is to put American students on a path to personal and professional success.
