Professional Development Grant

The Foundation will be supporting teachers in our community with funds for their professional or personal growth. We recognize that many teachers give their time over the summer to improving themselves so that their work in the classroom continues to improve. They can also use their learning to benefit the larger school community. The Foundation has allocated $5,000 for this gift to support their efforts. The grant is open to all teachers in our local schools and we expect grants to range from several hundred dollars up to, but no greater than, one thousand dollars. For examples are a conference, class or training that will expand your capacity as an educator. The opportunities are varied and the funds may be used at anytime in the 2019-2020 school year.

Please review the grant below to apply. The deadline to submit your grant application is Thursday, May 2, 2019.
