If you or your company has a free-standing display larger than 10'x10', special arrangements must be made for additional space. Additional fees may be assessed. Electricity is EXTREMELY LIMITED. Should you require electricity, you must receive approval from the event coordinator.
Set-up from 6:45 -7:30 am. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BE SET UP BY NO LATER THAN 7:30 AM. Non-sponsored interior booths will be assigned the week before the race. Unclaimed booths will be dismantled after 7:45 am.
